With this chip, we wanted to transport you to a South Carolina state fair. We remember state fairs where we grew up, waiting in line for the Tilt-a-Whirl while the high school band marched by. But it wasn’t until we moved to South Carolina that we realized what we’d been missing- the fried dill pickle. This chip isn’t an ordinary dill pickle chip- it’s made with buttermilk and a hint of cayenne as well.
Our thick, skin-on potato chips are cooked in true kettle fashion: small batched and hand-stirred for an incredible craft taste. Enjoy the flavors of South Carolina’s Lowcountry in each of our unique original recipes.
Local ingredients are important to us. Our chips are cooked in premium, non-GMO canola oil - sourced directly from family-owned farms in the Lowcountry and South East. And if we’re making a low country chip, we’re making it with Lowcountry salt. We season every chip with local Bull’s Bay Sea salt – harvested just 60 miles from our kitchen in Charleston.
