Returns and Shipping Boho Bazaar does honor returns on any of our consumable goods which is a commodity that is intended to be used up relatively quickly. We do honor returns on some non-consumable goods, as stated below. AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY ISSUING STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS Boho Bazaar Eco Market accepts returns (for store credit) on unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 7 days of sending the product out. Failure to meet these criteria deems purchases non returnable and will be denied. Shoes, swim, hats, body chains and belts can be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving the product(s). All jewelry and accessories (excluding body chains belts) are final sale. For hygienic reasons, ALL MASKS JEWERLY AND BANDANAS ARE FINAL SALE- no exceptions. All sale items, promotional sales (over 20% off discount codes used), accessories, and special orders are final sale and NOT eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Are there any charges for returns? Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then you will be given a store credit code to apply for your next purchase. Return Process Enter your order number and send us an e -mail at Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved Please note that original shipping charges are non -refundable . Items can be returned using the shipping method of your choice, at your expense, or brought into the store . We recommend using a trackable service. If you send a return without tracking and we don't receive the item we will not issue a credit.
